I feel like everything is falling down around me... And I'm completely helpless... I've never felt like I had no control over my world... I don't know how to fix it...

And more than ever I feel like I can't talk to anyone about it... Some people aren't there to be talked to... Others just don't understand... I need to talk to someone... I need someone to understand what it feels like...

And for no reason at all I feel like my heart is slowly breaking... I'm hurting so much and I just don't know why... It feels like my stomach is in my throat and I can hardly breathe... I want to curl into a ball and cry... But it doesn't acheive anything. It doesn't make people listen, it definatly doesn't make people understand... I don't think it makes people do or think anything... I feel completely insignificant to the world and the people in it... I feel completely alone...

I just wish I could turn off my mind... Stop thinking about things that only depress me more... And turn off my heart... So nothing hurts anymore...

And while I feel like my heart is slowly breaking... It also feels like it only fills with love and passion more and more... And that's breaking it too! Things would be so much easier if I couldn't feel...

Guess I'm just emotional and fragile. At any second I'm sure my heart and mind will snap... And I'll be left as the horrible mess I once was... I don't want that...

I don't know what I want anymore...
